Per Indiana Repeater Council PL Tone re-zoning we are forced to change the Warsaw repeaters PL's.  The decision of change hasn't been the easiest thing to do for many reasons.  I have chosen to change the current PL 131.8 to 141.3 this change will occur within the next couple weeks. There will be several notices VIA email and during the net on Wednesday nights.
