The 6.985 repeater is equipped with IRLP and via K9DEW 4098 node link.
To activate 6.985 IRLP simply key your microphone, ID and enter 43(and your destination node) on your DTMF microphone. Once connected be sure to pulse and wait to hear if there's any traffic before announcing your ID. After 30 minutes, it will automatically disconnect if there's no traffic on the repeater. To manually disconnect from IRLP press 73.
These amenities are for everyone to use freely, but if abused the privilege will be removed.

Remember to always ID your station before, during and after every conversation. All repeaters a wide area coverage so please pause in between conversation for other traffic. With that being said also remember your conversation can be heard from far away.
