145.130 MHz Repeater was a part of the Northern Indiana National Weather Service "WX9IWX" Skywarn Recognition Day.

The Fort Wayne Radio Club was be stationed at NWS located in North Webster, Indiana for this event. They were conducting several different practices of communications throughout Amateur bands to excise their ability to make as many contacts as possible. As, selected one of these was using the Warsaw 145.130 MHz repeater & IRLP link.
