To all users of the 145.130 and 443.050 repeaters on February 1st, the repeaters will be set to a PL tone 141.3. Forever and currently it has been PL 131.8 to access. 

The change wasn't by the repeater owner’s choice, as it was a decision made by IRCINC.ORG  

Please be sure to reprogram your transmitter, as you'll no longer be able to access after February 1st.
